    Anyone want to offer ideas?

Before anyone leashes out... I posted this elsewhere first with no responses. I know most guys here want to help and are very resourceful no matter what level of training.

Heres the deal, Im a pretty big dude, not huge but big! I have never been a fan of my physique tho. I really dont have a lot of definition for my size tho and I think that is altering my image. Im coming off a pretty intense cycle in a few weeks and want some ideas on how to keep my size but look more than just huge. Past problems are that I am afraid of losing my mass so after a week or 2 im back eating the iron again. Here is what i was thinking:

Training; 4-5 sets starting at 15 reps then dropping 2 per set and increase weight, 30 seconds between sets, with super sets every other day for each group. Cardio; Im heavy and have some back issues so running is minimal. I propose to myself 4 days per week for 45 min 2 days just walking and 2 days interval. treadmill for my heart rate to maintain 133 is 4mph incline 12. I would keep this for fat burning.

Diet, will decrease from 5k calories to 3k mostly proteins, minimal fats, minimal carbs. Hard to explain my numbers on percentages I do my best for what I have. I figure not that I am pushing 250lbs and maybe 16%bf I should drop a solid 15lbs and I will have decent definition. I dont want to be ripped so there is no confusion, a faded 6 pack and decent cut overall will be great.
    Opinions or ideas?

    Stats-
29 years old 30 in Feb.
    245lbs now
history of AAS- several products and cycles
training- several years, with on and off times as well.
    BF 14-16%

im kinda in the same boat, but iv'e come to grips with the fact that unless i drop the bf i will just be that full bulky type.
so 245lbs bulky or 220 lean you need to decide, with a good diet in place and good supplementation you should be able to decrease bf and maintain muscle mass it's gonna be a try and see thing

You wont lose your mass or I should say muscles tissue if you attack your diet in the correct manner, try carb cycling over a long period that if done correctly will drop your bf and keep your muscle tissue. Carrying around bodyfat is unwanted weight so attack it slowly with a carb cycling diet and increased cardio program and you will drop your bf and keep your tissue, best of luck.

I am open to training ideas, diet ideas, and gear recommendations for my next cycle. I was planning Deca, test, and dbol. not much for cutting but I like size more than cut. I have been scared away from winny due to dryness, and pain in joints. Have used tren and love it

you seem to be flip flopping on what you want, you need to evaluate yourself and make a decision and go with it.

lol. I want the best of both. Great size with definition. I am totally with you and know that I need to make a decision however there are so many methods of training out the HIT, interval, etc. that someone somewhere may have a new concept for me that can allow large amounts of lean hard gains. I may need to back off for a while and go lighter to get the cut. Why must everything be a unwanted decision
