    Talking Need help with stacking steroids

    Hi im 30 years old and have recently started taking a few different steroids/peptides...
    Hoping someone can point out any mistakes i've made and suggest changes in my cycle plan.

    *Sustanon 250--1ml-1xweekly- (test propionate 30mg-test phenylpropionate 60mg-test isocaroate 60mg-test decanoate 100mg)
    *Ghrp6 0.1ml--1xdaily (5mg rp6)
    *Hgh 176-191 0.1ml--1xdaily (5mg hgh)
    *CJC-1295 0.5ml--2xweekly (2mg cjc)
    *Testosterone Enanthate - 0.5ml--1xweekly(100mg test enanthate)

    Planning on uping my ghrp6 to .5ml 3 times a day and also stopping the sus250 cycle after i finish my 12 weeks - 1 week into it currently.

    any help on modifying my cycle(if needed) would be great !

    I came up with this myself.... :/
    im 5"5 , 75kg...
    looking to build up more lean muscle and bulk up also...
    i go to the gym 5 times a week and have a workout plan with a basic protein shake and supplement diet

    i have never taken anything before... no previous cycles...

    this is my second week coming up...
    i just want to double check im not taking something that will stack together and turn out to be harmfull or pointless ....

    I think you need to take a step back and realize what your doing here for a second. Personally I would stop the cycle and start reading the educational threads.

    You mentioned you were on a "basic protein shake and supplement diet" <---- concerns me. Get yourself on a diet that consists of food, not shakes or supplements.

    Head to the nutrition section and get your diet sorted out man.

    I do eat properly, 3 meals a day.. high carbs in the morning before work.. sandwitch and fruit at work and dinner is random..
    I regularly go to the doctor and get check ups and im fine, also my doctor knows of everything im taking but doesnt think i should be taking anything at all.. My doctor has told me that all he can do is monitor me and see if anything does go wrong...

    please any help in regards to my cycle and whether or not it can be harmful or a waste of time would be great

    What are your goals?

    How long have you been consistently training?

    Your diet sounds like your average joe's diet.

    HP tried to, with your current approach to nutriton (excellent choice for the average Joe but inadequate for a natural builder and absurd for a steroid environment) you would gain more by changes in diet and no steroids, than you will taking steroids eating the way you do currently. As said go to the nutrition section and learn how to fuel your body properly.

    Thats funny as hell, I was typing my reply while you had already posted yours and we both used the phrase "average Joe"

    leaner body, put on 5-10 kg of muscle
    i've been training for 3 months at the gym , a year training at home - backyard gym
    my average joes diet is kinda based on what i dont eat... which is chocolates/lollies/softdrinks...

    i take alot of supplements and minerals and all that stuff... im healthy, have not had a cold in about 3 years... maybe longer...

    So you've only been training for less than a year?
    Just put the needles down and step away. You aren't NEARLY ready. You hardly know anything about sports nutrition and exercise. Take a few years to get that down and build a good base, then think about AAS again.

    10 years ago i was boxing for 4 years straight...

    just thought i'll get back into it before it gets to late

    And as for my cycle, say i keep taking them, what will be the result ?
    People at my gym are on similar cycles, but with increased doses...

    Please explain to me the health risk of continueing my cycle... ? i dont understand ...
    months of research into all of these ingredients has shown that taking for example small doses of ghrp6 can only make you healthier if anything....
    i appreciate the feedback but does not solve question... again if i was going to take professional advice, i would have listened to my doctor.. and he says what you's have said... eat more properly,work out more.... fair enough - thats works but say i do that which i have been but with the cycle...wouldnt that help muscle recovery & growth at minimum ?

    im a health freak... i've tried all proteins & supplements and found what works best with my body and stuck with it for years... but i been hearing and seeing alot of results with ghrp6 that i started looking into it alot and found myself in this situation....

    Your wasting money period....pissing it away. Your not doing a cycle, your just taking a bunch of compounds thrown together. GH needs to be ran for a few months before adding AS to get any synergistic use. You diet is shit, I eat 3 times before 11 am, you wont get any keep able gains with out a real good diet. Your taking a chance of suppressing your natural hormones which will cause you big problems down the road. I could go on all day.

    listen and stop what your doing, hang around here gain the knowledge you need so a year or so from now when your ready you will be able to safely decide what do use and how to use it yourself. Your doing this TOTALY wrong.

    Well this is abit of a downer...
    can i at least go back onto on usplab products ? or will all test stimulators/hgh releasers be pointless untill you have trained at the gym focusing on muscle gain... ?


    also the bad guy -
    GH needs to be ran for a few months before adding AS to get any synergistic use

    USPLabs products are worthless no matter who you are (apart from Jack3d, which is basically just a stimulant).
    AS= anabolic steroids.

    Geez man how do you keep track of all that stuff? Whats your PCT plan? I would drop everything but the Test E, and up that to 300-400 a week. It's your first cycle that should be enough to make some good gains and keep sides in check until you know how your body reacts to AS! Get your diet and PCT in check and kick some ass in the gym and you will gain and keep all your hard work.

    why does everyone say just stop ? How about telling him what he should take. He said he works out and he is in very good shape. Everyones advice is dont take steroids just eat more instead . He knew what he was taking may not be a good mix thats why he asked for advice on it. Colnc is the only member who gave advice that help answer the original question. Then BG seems to know something but his advice was to hang around a forum for a year. I might as well go to school for sports medicine for a year. Why not just tell him where to start with AS and not just Eat more and workout more. The advice i get from this forum is eat more , workout more and experiment.

    diet and training are the essential back bone of every aas cycle, without that in perfect sync to your specific body you will be wasting your time. when people post stats and say they have been training for a year or two and their diet is perfect "but i just cant make any gains" and weigh 150 at 5'10" that tells members of this board that their diet and training are not spot on, which is probably 90% of the peoples problems that come hear. we encourage people to post their diet in the diet section to see how their diet stacks up, most of the time people can make simple adjustments to their diet and start to see improvement. no one is telling anyone not to do steroids because we want them all to ourselves, we tell people not to do steroids until they are absolutely nesacery (if there is really such a time) and not to use them as a shortcut or a substitute for diet and hard work.
