    Coming off a prop cycle and i want to learn more about "cruising"...

    -age 32
    -almost 20 years weight lifting experience. everything from oly lifting to bb to high intensity bw conditioning
    -5'9" app 195 pounds
    -not sure exact bodyfat but fairly lean
    -diet is fairly clean, eat mainly paleo
    -main goal is performance, not super concerned w/ physique or bf % (although it's always nice to be jakked)

    just came off a ten week cycle of 200mg test prop every mon/wed/fri and did 30mg per day of anavar for the last 6 weeks

    i'm due to begin my pct (nolv and clomi) today or tomorrow.

    i'm interested in learning more about "cruising". is there something i could do to give me "a little bit more of an edge" over the next ten weeks or so until i begin another cycle?

    i will also go research more in the main forums but i figured first i'd post a thread specific to my situation. thanks a lot, any help is greatly appreciated.

    Most people cruise on long esters at a low dose, instead of doing PCT. You wont lose as much on your gains and dont get the mood swings from being off and on. Just keep in mind the longer you are shut down the harder it is to get the "boys" back. You could also end up on TRT for life if you head down this road.... its a gamble, and something to think about.

    ok good to know..

    normally i wouldn't want to try this but i may have some competitions coming up over the next couple months and it wouldn't hurt to have a little extra kick...

    so if i did do this what do you guys think as far as a specific cruising cycle?

    100mg test e for 6 weeks? 10 weeks? 200mg test e for 6 weeks?

    idk, how does that sound?

    also, at the end of a cruise cycle is it best to jump back on another regular cycle or can one choose to to just go right to pct if they feel they need to take a break?

    200mg of prop shot 3x per week. This is not the way to run prop. If you decide to "cruise" it will most likely be a life long commitment of hrt.

    "Most" people run from 150-250, (some higher) and if you got plenty of prop, run like Hank is saying. You can blast and cruise as long as you want, and when your done your going to need a heavy PCT and probably some blood tests along the way. If you want to minimiz pins think about e or c. Im no pro, but from the research ive done you still need 6-8 weeks between cycles and then blast again. Again the longer you are on, the more of the chance of the life long commitment of hrt, blood test, and small balls.... (lol kidding)
