-almost 20 years weight lifting experience. everything from oly lifting to bb to high intensity bw conditioning
-5'9" app 195 pounds
-not sure exact bodyfat but fairly lean
-diet is fairly clean, eat mainly paleo
-main goal is performance, not super concerned w/ physique or bf % (although it's always nice to be jakked)
just came off a ten week cycle of 200mg test prop every mon/wed/fri and did 30mg per day of anavar for the last 6 weeks
i'm due to begin my pct (nolv and clomi) today or tomorrow.
i'm interested in learning more about "cruising". is there something i could do to give me "a little bit more of an edge" over the next ten weeks or so until i begin another cycle?
i will also go research more in the main forums but i figured first i'd post a thread specific to my situation. thanks a lot, any help is greatly appreciated.
