Mostly leg cramps, actually mostly calf cramps. I have to be drinking enough water since I get up 3 times a night to pee. What else could be causing these? They're bad.

what are you taking? supplements? aas?
AAS, enanthate 400mg 2x week, deca 200mg 2x week
if you aren't already, make sure you are taking your minerals (potas, sodi, mag).
I drink about a litre of diet tonic water daily. the quinine in there is mild, but quinine used to be given as an Rx for cramps.
try that for a while and see what happens,.
Eat more bananas, yes potassium, keep the salt/sodium low.
