    Still confused on best time to shoot

    do you shoot 2 time ed or once? and i have also heard of ppl splitting there dose recommended? i will be starting at 1iu for 1wk then i wil bump up to 1.5iu for wk2 then keep increasing to hopefully 6iu ed.i wake up at 7 so i would like to set my alam for 5:30 shoot then go back to sleep till 7 does this sound good. what time have others found to be the best?

    Preferred way to pin: If a low dose then 1x a day early AM like you suggest..as in get up in the wee hours and pin and then go back to bed for a couple/few hours. This is premium. Plus it helps to block your cortisol which is what you want to happen. And when you get up to a higher dose let's say after 4-5...then perhaps later in the afternoon..or simply all in the morning for convenience.

    Do you think you really need 6 units eventually? Please make sure this is really the case.... plus really make sure you take your time ramping up.

    ps: I do not know why you need all of this...you are 26 and still have A LOT of growth hormone...

    some members think 26 is TOO EARLY for HGH!

    i was going bump up .5iu every week with 6 on 1 off, i will be running this for six months. i want this for muscle growth i always read that you need atleast 5iu to start major muscle growth. but will feel my body out ovcourse.

    i will be doing bumping up .5iu every wk and i will be doing 6 on 1 off . i will be running this for 6 months. i always read that you need 5-6 iu for major muscle growth. but i will be feeling my body out like always.

    how does that sound? or is .5 to small of a bump should i just go 1iu bumps?

    Slower the better...why? because if too much then you might get sides like fatigue or carpel tunnel and then not go to the gym...and then backtrack...so it is wise to start low and build up....

    BUT the reality is this: YOU ARE 26 and need to get all of your diet and training up to top quality...you have TONS of GH now. Wait a bit PLEASE.

    i have 100 i.u.s - 10- 3.7 mg bottles and i have my ba water how much ba water should i put into my gh bottle?

    i do not know why there are so many threds i think the sit is messed up.

    my training and my diet are great i am 190 and i bench 395 and squat in the 5's, my cardio is through the roof. and i do not think my age matters that much. im only doing small iu's not like 8 or 10

    6 units is not small...
    You seem determined. As you know I wish you would wait a couple more years WHEN YOU NEED GH
    since at 26 you ALREADY HAVE TONS of growth hormone and this is true!
