Hey I'm new to this forum and I have a few questions. A few years ago I bought some phera plex and the nutrition store and also recommended a DHEA supplement as I was 19 at the time and 4 years that I was in highschool weight class no matter how much I tried I could never seem to gain muscle mass. After using these supplements my world turned around my gains where insane and I felt the best ive ever felt in my life. Now heres the kicker i was not told about any PCT options or warned about this. I got a little moody but otherwise did not surprisingly lose much gains or have any gyno/ shrinkage problems. and I was overweight. I seen an doctor and he put my on androgel which did nothing for me and then I was told about novedex the overcounter stuff for pct well after i went off of it I developed slight gyno...which then my doc prescribed me the Nolvadex real stuff and it help tremendously at very low doses 10 mg every other day. My question is i have been taking phera plex again and its shrinking my gyno and building muscle im 22 now and im wondering if I even need to post cycle as the first time I seemed to be better off without pct? any help would be appreciated?

Yes, you will always need a pct. And dude, trust me on this one, YOU WANT A PCT. Something simple you know, like nolva ED @ 20mgs for 3 weeks or something you know ? >.>

Okay will do im only taking 10 mg's of PP for approximately 3 weeks however I feel even 20 mg's a day is too much for me last time I took 20 mgs everyday it actually cause shrinkage because ive read in certain people you can suppress estrogen too much? idk maybe someone can shed some light on this situation?

I would never do an AAS cycle without PCT. PPLEX is just another AAS,,,an oral designer steroid.
