Thread: Cycle recommendations

    Age: 24
    weight: 195lbs
    6ft
    bf%: 7-8%
    Training: 6 years

    My aim is to gain a bit of mass(between 5-10lbs muscle) and lose some bodyfat if possible, I dont want to do an all out bulk again because I don't want that much more mass 5lbs and should be good...
    planning on doing a lean bulk 200 cals over maintenance diets in check.

    What gear would be best for me if I decide to do it.

    looking good man.

    if i looked that that i wouldnt cycle

    but test and tren is always a nice cycle.

    you could try test and mast would be a good cycle imho.

    Now as for the cycle I want to do test prop at 100mg eod but not going to touch tren again but cant decide between winstrol, anavar, primobolan or masteron. (only want to do one out of the 4)
    I'm a bit paranoid about the hairloss on winny and mast
    I'd like some strength gains and hardness/vascularity increase but can't decide... I'd do anavar but its a bit pricy..if I did do anavar I'd only do 30mg a day for 8 weeks more affordable.

    will be doing swiftos pct

    Any recommendations of the 4 I cant choose from please guys pros and cons?

    Thanks T-guns thats why I dont want to all out bulk because I'm already happy with my size just want a bit more mainly chest and calves and a bit more hardness.. what kind of results do you think I'd get from prop/masteron?
    And Delta I had crazy aggression..don't get me wrong a bit of it was ok but I was getting out of control sometimes. That and the sleepless nights and started to lose a bit of hair towards end of cycle just got me a bit paranoid, and then I did more research about tren and about 19-nors and how bad they shut you down got me even more paranoid about tren besides I dont think I need tren for what I want to acheive.

    Judging by your pic it seems as if you have your training pretty well dialed in and with what you stated your goals are I would run winny and test prop.

    The winny should cut you up a bit as you are already lean and give you more definition. Test prop will keep you from retaining water but with winny that shouldnt be an issue anyway. Since you need to pin winny at least EOD prop is a good test to run with it.

    I would feel safe guessing you should gain some solid lean mass on that cycle. Just my opinion but I am sure others would agree.

    If Tren effects your hair then be very careful with Winny. I get away with Tren but will never use Winny again because it attacks my hair in no time. Luckily hair came back though after stopping the Winny. Good luck buddy.

    Your pics look great, and I agree with your goals 100% a little bit on the calves and chest and your physique would be phenominal. As far as compounds no advice ( no knowlege) but I do want to say I agree with you on the Tren, although it would certainly give you the exact gains you seek.. that stuff is harsh and affected me almost the same as it did you, my hair really thinned and although I had no trouble getting back to sleep rolling to a dry spot on the sweat soaked matress was nasty...

    I'm 182.5lbs yes at 6foot

    P90, my current diet is as follows:
    cal/pro/carb/fat
    Meal 1 Breakfast
    -2 whole hardboiled eggs
    -1/2 cup oats
    -1 scoop whey protein
    400/42/29/15
    Meal 2 pre workout
    -200grams sweet potato
    -2 can tuna
    330/37.6/41/1.4

    Meal 3 post workout
    -1/2 cup oats
    -2scoops whey protein
    370/51/31/7

    Meal 4
    -1/4 cup brown rice
    -6oz grilled chicken
    -broccoli& cauliflower
    375/39.5/25.4/4

    Meal 5
    -6oz chicken
    -1.5 cup broccolli & cauliflower
    236.2/43.2/3/2.6

    Meal 6
    -2 can tuna
    -salad
    195/34.3/5/1.4

    total : 1912/253/132/32

    training at the moment is Christian Thibadeaus(sp) OVT for last 2 weeks before that was a 5 day split
    Mon: legs
    Tues: chest
    Wed: back
    Thurs: shoulders
    Fri: arms
    and did cardio 3-4 times a week

    Thanks far from massive, yeh the calves have been the hardest thing for me grown an inch since bulking thats it

    I'd bump up the caloric intake just a little if you want to put on some lean mass this cycle. And make your last meal a slower digesting protien like lean beef. Lookin good bro, If i had that foundation i'd be going balls to the wall for lean mass and consider competing

    The diet I posted is my current cutting diet, when I start this cycle I plan on pretty much having the same stuff just more to make my caloric intake about 3000 maintenance tdee is at roughly 2850
    And lately I've been having a casein shake just before bed its only like 150cals which is fine since i could technically still be cutting on like 2300 cals according to my tdee??

    Competing? A few people have said something, but not really into it, who knows that might change further down

    3k seems about right. Definitley need to get those carbs up a little. a 40/45/15 or 40/40/20 protien/carbs/fat split would be good for lean mass bulking. Are you priming for this cycle? Have you read the sticky on priming?

    yeah do agree with 3000cals too.

    but makes sure as your body weight goes up to re adjust. obviously to too much you don't want to add fat

    Scotty yes I'd be upping my carbs but probably to about 250-300gm a day, I just had a quick read through priming, it pretty much sounds like what I'm doing anyways??
