    new to all and would like excperienced help

    Iam 27, 71kg and have just started scooby's beginners workout last week. I do not want to inject nor put to much muscle on to quick and get stretch marks, can anyone recommend a pill or liquid form which works and may suit my needs.

    Dude at 71kg you really need to build up a natural base. Go to the diet section and get sorted out. There's no magic pills that will suit your needs.

    lol, dude that looks pretty good right about now... I don't like injections,needles and never had injections other than medical reasons, but there must be a legit reason why 90% of these guys inject.

    I have been doing good on my diet all week and you gotta post a picture like that...what the hell do you do on the weekends go to crack neighborhood and drop 1 gram pieces of parmasean cheese on the sidewalk to watch the crackheads fight over it like two seagulls with a french fry?

    Exactly. These topics are getting annoying. If people did any research at all they would find that running an oral only cycle is a bad idea. And the people what ask about other ways than injecting are always at a light weight, they are just looking for the easy option.

    Best oral only way = food. End of.
