    Will I need to?

    Hey guys,

As I was thinking... in general, AAS are needed to take one beyond the natural limits in building muscle mass. Now... is AAS needed to maintain such gains? Say... I topped out at 230Lbs lean naturally.. then I am gonna start cycling to get to 260Lbs... at this point, is the nutrition and workout enough to maintain such mass? Will I need to take AAS regularly to keep this mass?

    Thanks!

I believe of time some of your gains will disappear, that is why nobody ever does just one cycle

You will eventually lose all your supraphisological (size) gains. Good diet, rest, and training will just dictate how long this process takes.
Strength gains (from certain compounds) can be somewhat more permanent, since they result from neural adaptation.

Yeah, that's me in the picture. I am 6'3 and I never used AAS before. Body fat is quite high as I am bulking now - 18% easy.

So this being said, what is the regularity of cycles that need to be done in order to keep my supraphisological size, on avarage? One cycle per year? Two?

    Thanks!

Like bon said, it all depends on your work ethic.
If you stick to your diet and excerise while on and off a cycle you'll keep your gains longer then you would if you half assed it, but in time they will fade since its a supernatural effect unless you keep dosing.

There is no set number I can give you. There are dozens of variables here.
