    I've seen it, but i can't find it again. I don't even know what pm is. that's probably a LOL to ya'll lol

    Don't fear, you will figure out most of them by examining the context in which they are used. Kinda like the vernacular in DC. When four guys outside a conveinence store on South Capitol and Michagan avenue say "Yo lightskin time to step fool" you soon learn its not an invitation to show your krazy dance moves....

    cool, thanks slim, and Far, I'm in no hurry, originally wanted to know about abbreviations, but i appreciate all you people giving me great advice and making me feel welcome, more than anything!! one last question, if any of you do get this, (me being new to forums altogether here) why are none of these responses you give to me showing up in my email to let me know?? do i have to keep checking the thread itself to see if anyone replied? I'm not frustrated by this, just wondering if I don't have things set up right so it could be easier

    check your "settings" to make sure you asked for this and if you did and still not, then post this question in the " Message Board" forum and ask there and admin will get back with you or a member who knows what to do
