I'll hopefully start out with everything outlined better for your advice.
My Stats:
25 years old (almost 26)
180 lbs
~10% body fat
5' 10" tall (I've been measure a 5'9" but I like 5 10 better lol)
My last cycle was taken a couple years ago. It was a d bol only cycle at low dosages. I was performance driven over mass. Never took any kind of pct. Honestly didn't know much about what I was doing aside from studying d bol itself. Never had any signs of side affects. I am looking for quality mass gains now.
My proposed cycle is:
Weeks 1-4: 20mg D-bol per day (weekends off)
Weeks 1-10: Test Ethanate 500mg/ week (Half on Monday Half Thursday)
Question 1:
I have clomid tabs here from years ago. Total on hand is 45 tabs 50mg each
I need to get some Nolvadex from ar-r. I've seen HCG mentioned a few times. Never heard of it. What is your recommendation for a completed pct on this cycle?
Question 2:
I've got a total of 4 cycles on hand. I plan on trying Ronnie's reload/ deload set up. Slingshot training. Any input on this idea?
I have several meal plans outlined. My guidelines are ~2 grams protein per pound. I'd like to match that in carbs or close to it. Higher fat during the cycle doesn't bother me. I've always had a higher metabolism.
