    wtf, in PCT and losing weight rapidly, help please

    ok so start with stats:

    32 years of age, 5'10" tall, weight today 205lbs
    My 7 week cycle consisted of:
    Test prop 100 mgs EOD
    var 1-2 60 mgs ED
    var 3-7 80 mgs ED

    PCT:
    Clomid:100/100/50/50
    Nolva: 40/40/20/20

    starting weight of 199/200 lbs when i finished my cycle 10 days ago i was 217 lbs. and i was impressed with the results, i broke all previous records by a mile.
    since then my diet is the same as on cycle, oats, egg whites, tuna, chicken and pasta. i seem to have kept my strength i just cant push the last rep or two out, also i have had a real bad case of flatulence since starting PCT its like im decomposing( or it smells like that anyway).

    I fear that If i carry on like this im going to be back to my starting weight and the whole cycle will have been a waste.

    Should i be worried by this, or should i just use the mirror to judge results / progress ?

    any help or thoughts appreciated.

    I am a newbie so take this for what its worth but I would look in the excercise forum,

    From what I have read it seems you may be trying to maintain your workout schedule you did on cycle, if that is the case you are destined to overtraining/fatigue/injury and loss of mass. After a cycle from what I have read, it is vital to keep the wieghts up but reduce the # of reps and sets as needed. That way you are telling the muscle it needs to stay big since it will be called upon to do big lifts yet you are not overtraining (reduced sets compared to on cycle) since your ability to replish the muscle off cycle is greatly reduced. If you try to keep up the reps and sets you did on cycle the pounds you are lifting will drop this will result in a downsizing of the muscle conversly by keeping the poundage up and reducing the reps and sets as needed you will avoid this. Naturally this will only allow you to hold on to true gains in lean muscle, any gains through water will be lost.

    I am fairly new to this stuff but by incorporating this approach both myself and a friend who has a lot more years in the gym than me have both seen great results.

    If you gained a total of 17lbs, im guessing over half of that is water weight. Its not very likely you gained 17lbs of muscle in 7 wks. Generally speaking, 1-3 lbs of actual muscle a month is considered good. Some may argue but if everyone gained and kept 10lbs per cycle, everyone here would be marcus ruhl in no time. Write it off as standard water loss and strive to keep the muscle you gained and press on.

    Yes mate, While off cycle I'm doing 100 reps per bodypart but on cycle I do 50percent more so i do 150 reps, now I'm back to 100 reps.

    it is important durring pct to actually eat more to sustain your new gains if you have been eating the same throught your whole cycle and never ramp up the calories to feed your new muscle than you should expect to loose said gains eventualy...im not shure how much water you retained durring a prop cycle but regardless you will loose a certain percentage of weight when comming off aas...

    From what I have read (I am by no means experienced in this YET) you should increase your Daily Caloric Intake by about 1000 calories during PCT and increase the intensity of your workout while shortening the length. Turn a 1 hour workout into 45 mins but up the lvl of intensity. Just a bit of info I read, hope it helped!
