Hello I am new to this forum and I have a couple of questions. Right now I am currently 18 years old playing high school football. This upcoming year I will be a senior. I have a really good chance to earn a starting spot this year on our dline but the only problem is our other d linemen are significantly bigger then I am. I am not as strong as them as well. Our team has a very good strength program ran by a former NFL strength coach. We also have a team diet that I follow very strictly and I know this will help me get bigger and stronger but everyone else on the team is doing the same. Could any of you recomend and good suplements to take to try and bulk up quicker and gain strength faster. I am not really into the Idea of taking steroids at this age but I thought this might be a good place to start asking about supplement info. Any suggestions help. Thanks for your time.
