have a little bit of a gut sit ups leg raises& knee ups just are not doing the trick

thank you. its that roll right below your belly buton iam trying to lose (real pain in the ass) i have pushed to the point of throwing up but no it just hangs on. muscles are hard under it. do you think a cycle would help also what ones should i stay away from so i dont put on weight or to much weight (muscle weighs more than fat)
A totally clean diet and 60minutes of fasted cardio in the morning is what going to cause you body to consume that last bit of fat (jelly roll) , juice is not the key here. If you force the body to do work when there is no food available ( fasted cardio ) the body will be forced to consume that fat, it may consume some muscle too but gaining the muscle back without the fat returning for the after party will be no problem as long as a strict diet and cardio are in place.
Please do some research. Start there and you will do just fine. Lots of great guys here to help out but you need to put some of your own leg work in too.
