    Want to spice up my protocol and would like feedback from the athletes!

    Greetings from Southern California. I am an avid competitive tennis player active in USTA league tennis.

    I am currently on HRT consisting of 200 mgs/week test cyp; 2 iu tev-tropin ed; 500 units hcg twice per week; 0.5 mgs anastrazole once per week.

    I am 6'1"; 220 lbs, 15% body fat. I would like some feedback on tweaking my cycle during the off season to further reduce body fat, increase lean body mass and strength without bulking up. Improved / more rapid recovery and maintaining / improving flexibility are my main goals! I would also like some "joint support".

    I was thinking of adding primo and anavar to my hrt for a 16 week cycle starting in January, 2011.

    I was also looking into NPP/deca for joint support. But don't want to carry a lot of water weight / added bulk!

    I would be grateful for any thoughts and advice from experienced vets about the best stack to achieve my goals.

    Sorry for the long post and I would be grateful for feedback from the experts!

    Primo would be perfect for your goals. I'd go with at least 500mg/week.

    Thanks Bonaparte! Should I keep the test cyp at 200 mgs per week with the 500 mgs per week primo?

    Yes and yes. It won't provide instant joint cushioning like Deca, but it will increase collagen synthesis and other forms of healing to keep your body in working order. Since it has been available for medical use for about 50 years, there are plenty of studies out there demonstrating its benefits (unlike EQ, which is only intended for animal use and doesn't have any human studies on it).
    And I said "at least" 500mg. So if you can afford 700mg or so, go for it. It only gets better as the dose and duration increase, and there are few side effects to speak of.

    Glad to see you're excited, but please at least do a bit of reading on Primo before you just buy some and start injecting it. There are still issues you need to address, like: HG or UGL. What dose/concentration to go with (it can be painful). How are you going to split up the injections so as to keep the total pinning volume down each shot? Oh, and obviously read a few profiles on the compound itself so that you know what to expect and what to look for (there are a LOT of fakes).
