    Quick question from a newbie

    Hi guys,

    My name is joe, im 19 and a full time MMA fighter. I train 6 days a week and cant get rid of the stubbourn fat at my hips. My friend says i should do a 8 week course of Winstrol on its own (he says winstrol is a mild steroid) and to take milk thissle supplements with this.
    I have did some research on Winstrol and ive read that it hardens your muscles aswell.

    I was taking GHRP-6 to treat a muscle tear injury and have now switched to GHRP-2

    Should I try this?

    winny at 19 is not a good idea.

    also wonder if the GHRP-6 made you eat more than usual

    Hi guys and LADIES I should say,

    the GHRP-6 made me real hungry. I took 200mcg just before bed. 30 minutes of hunger but it really did help my shoulder (tore my rotator cuff last year). I have not tried the GHRP-2 yet (just arrived today) but I know it is stronger so I will lower the dosage and will be taking three 80 mcg shots, 8am, 3pm and before bed.

    Yes I was thinking im too young aswell but honestly I have been training and dieting my ass of.

    Have you got any advice? My bfp is 13%. My arms and espically my legs are tight just that bothersome stomach area.

    no expert but at 13% wouldnt you think you could tighten that up with diet...as slim stated...no one will advise AAS at 19 years...

    OP, post up your diet and we'll figure out whats going on and how to get rid of that fat. Stay away from winny, its definitley not mild and has some serious side effects, not to mention you're way to young to be messing with steroids of any type.

    Did you friend tell you that a lot of people who use winstrol find it drys out their joints and that there is much concern that it may lead to weakened tendons? Not quite the kind of thing you want when subjected to an arm bar or leg lock

    PS Definately look to your diet, Diet,Training and Rest are the big three.

    Morning 9am 2 sachets of roll oats with 1 scoop of protein 20g protein in water (sometimes milk), a banana or orange. Im going to start taking jack3d on monday mornings now.
    training 10.30am-12.30pm
    1-2 ill have a protein shake 1-2 scoops with some brown rice
    5pm ill have the rest of the brown rice (i fill a container and eat half at 1 and the other half at 5)
    6pm-9pm training
    9.30 protein shake
    I try not to eat anything after 10pm but because of the GHRP before bed i get extremly hungry and sometimes give in and sometimes ill make super noodles.

    Its more of less that for 7 days a week. I take 4 teaspoons of flaxseed oil a day. 2 super ciccux (spelling wrong) tabs.

    I joined this forum to get a simple yes or no answer but it is so informitive and people really do give you the best advice. Im amazed how many people try steroids about my area alone and dont know the full side effects. I will be lurking here more often

    You definetly need to work on your diet..It is horrible at best..I know how demanding MMA training can be and am amazed that you are able to train or compete with what you say you are eating...Go to the diet section and take a look at some examples of how you should be eating.Whether you are trying to gain or lose weight,there you will find help to lose your "belly fat"
