Personally, I am planning to just have it on hand in case anything goes wrong. Otherwise, I suspect with your average cycle nolva + clomid should do the trick.

true but i was reading over swiftos pct protocol and he states to run a serm (nolva / clomid )and an ai ( adex or letro etc ) and his reasoning and examples and quotes he backed it up with i tend to agree with .....

next question is if i pull up a 1/4 cc of adex is that 0.25ml fr my eod dosing ???

and yeah would like to know how you run it in pct still .25 eod ?? for how long?? when to start etc

you wont need it if your running nolva/clomid during pct... keep it for on cycle.

no need to run an AI in pct. especially adex..

i read you dont take arimidex during pct because it weakens nolva. is that BS??

That is indeed BS. Dex works on the aromatase enzyme, which has nothing to do with Nolva/Clomid. I think a-dex is over kill PCT.
