    Need Help roasting a pig

    I am going to be roasting a pig, outside a cottage in a fire pit.

    What is the cheapest way I can make a spit?

    Is it ok if it is uncovered?

    you can spit it, or you can pit it.

    a few years back, we pitted porky, and came out delicious. made a pit out of cinderblocks and chain link fence. dam that was good!
