i am looking to gain another 20 lbs in the next 8 months so i can get up to 230 and lean out to 220? for my 1st (only?) contest next summer.

51 y.o.
4 years serious lifting
25 years half assed "nautilus" workouts...;-)
Gained 35 lbs since last Jan. I dieted down to get to 7% BF- now I'm around 10-12%

3.test/Tren A
4.Test/mast/deca/dbol
Plus the usual anti E and PCT
here is what i am proposing: ( switching from EQ to Mast halfway thru to try to stay leaner.)
Mass CYCLE
Test E 300 mg/week 1-12
Boldonon 200 (EQ): 400 mg/wk 1-4
200mg/wk 5-6
Mast 200 : 200 mg/wk 5-6
(Drostanolone Prop) 400 mg/wk 7-12

4 week PCT
Up caloric intake 500 cals a day.
BTW I workout 5-6 days a week . I do 35 mins cardio 3x a week.
2 pics - green one at 185 with abs and one at 210 with some belly fat. In 6 months i want 210-215 with serious abs. (6-7%?)
