My trainer was telling me to take 20-30 grams of OMEGA daily, or 1 gram per 10 lbs of bodyweight for fat loss. This seems too much does anyone have any other suggestions or know how much they take?

Depends on your diet.
Are you taking them with each meal?
umm not sure how to answer that depends on what method is best. just doing it for fat loss thats all.
If you can afford that go ahead, but that could gt a little pricey. Depending on what my budget is looking like for the month, or what type of diet I am on I take 6-12 grams of 3-6-9 a day.
20-30 grams is insane, and unless you are a monster and your diet is completely devoid of good fats you don't need that much.
what is the best way to purchase it? best economical way for a college student i should ask.
Don't buy cheap shit when it comes to supps.
