    Looking for suggestions

    whats up guys, antziti here. new member. a few questions for the "old juicers" out there. let me start by saying that i'm fairly new to this game. i've taken a few cycles in my time but never got dedicated enough to do it right. well, i have to say that this time i'm ready. fully committed. i've been in the gym for the last 14 months or so and would consider myself to be in good/healthy condition. i got my hands on some quality gear and would like some suggestions on the best way to take/stack them. i have 2 bottles cyp250 / 1 bott deca250 / 1 bott eq100 / 100-10mgDbol / and some nolv and hcg for pct. i'm aware that i'm gonna need another bottle of each but i only had so much $ so i got what i needed to start. what would be the most effective way to gain mass. what and when? also best diet for max gains. proteins? carbs? calorie intake each day. i'm 5'8@155lbs and have a goal of 180lbs after the water is gone. open to any and all suggestions. please, no newby know it alls. thanks guys...................

    Look into PCT section. Cuz clomid and hcg PCT is a joke. What's your lifting experience bro?

    i'm 36 and i,ve been in and out of the gym since about 15. was a great wrestler for almost 8yrs. state champ 3yrs in a row. been very consistent for the last year and a half. consider myself to be in good cond and healthy.
