    Intermediate cycle Ideas/help?

    Hi guys,
    im looking for some genuine advice as the last post i made on another site was met with only abuse! lol

    Basically ive done 3 cycles now since 2008, each 12 wks sus 2m/week with 2 ml deca (organon). Nolva 20mg ED PCT and 5000iu hcg wks 1-3 of PCT

    Diet is 30g protein from turkey breast, chicken breast and whey shakes every 3 hours 7am-10pm.

    40g carbs every 3 hours also up to 7pm from brown rice,potatoes,bananas

    I want to move on from sus/deca stack and was thinking 12 weeks test enthanate 500mg/wk?

    any ideas best compound to stack with this for lean mass gains??

    24, 5'8'' 13st body fat 20% last check... yeah i guess intermediate is jumping the gun a lil bit! lol. still would appreciate some advice to work towards becoming intermediate though haha. nah in all honesty i just want to branch out and move away from the classic sus/deca stack..but every article i read has a different solution so im asking experts for advice!

    Personally I love Test-e. I havent used sust since my 2nd cycle. But you really should be lower than 20% bf. Meaning your diet prob isnt too good. Theres, Test-e, Eq, Tren, Dbol, ect...

    For lean mass, I love Test and eq. Lots of guys use Eq as a pure mass gainer bc it increases appetite on some but for me I got lean, vascular and thick. However it needs to be ran for minimum of 12 weeks.

    Test E with tren a or eq is a great mix. At 20% bf you should really stick to the diet and cardio there is no drug that will burn fat with out it.

    went from 20% to 14 % in 6 weeks on chicken /brown rice / broccoli/ oats /egg whites/ tuna/1 pwo shake whey /mixed with sups. to get ready for test e /eq . 7 weeks and flowin.

    like i say it was 20% last check but that was after id broken my hand and I was out of training for a while... im back on the cardio and kickboxing big time and the has been pretty good since so its bound to be lower but i don't have access to any recording apparatus at the moment.

    Ive heard tren is good, i do have access to some edited tri tren: edited

    But cant help thinking its overkill! any suggestions?? i can get tren E aswell for around the same price? and if my research is correct, if running two enthanate esters together I can inject 1 ml of each compound twice a week rather that 75mg tren a EOD.

    So to break down im thinking:
    Test E 500mg/Week Week 1-12
    Tren E 300mg/week Week 1-12
    D/bol 50mg ED Week 1-4

    PCT Nolva 20mg ED week 11-14
    HCG 5000iu PW Week 12-14
