question about AR-R's albuterol

so i placed my first order with ar-r a while ago and shipping and the prices were great.

however this is my first time using albuterol and since it is a stim, i was wondering how long i should be off of other stims(caffeine, 1,3 dimeth) before using it.

im planning on using it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off along with a carb cycling diet

edit: also, the albuterol was sitting at my house for a few days before i got to it so it wasnt refrigerated for about 7 days. will this affect it?

Your albut is fine as long as it was kept out of sunlight.

Why only 2 weeks on/2 weeks off? Albuterol can be cycled for much longer than clen.

ive been doing some reading up on it I found thats the best way to do it to prevent down regulation of the beta2 receptors. how do you reccomend?

also, is it fine to take it after being off of caffeine for only a week?

yea its fine to take. With clen you would do 2 weeks on and off, but with albuterol you can run it straight through a lot easier. If your worried about down regulation of receptors then add some keto to your albuterol cycle.
