I have been a member on this site for some time, never a poster, but appreciate all the great information and knowledge ive gainer from the forums over the years. Well see how well i retained it. So here we go....

Diet - lots and lean (dont need pointers here so im not going to get into it)
Rest - Adequte
Alcohol & Drug Intake - 0
I did do one brief 6 wk cycle of T-Bol at 40mg/day. Noticed strength increase and put a few lbs on but as we all know t-bol is pretty weak, i had no sides and used no pct and all was fine.
So its the end of January and im ready to start a solid bulking cycle to prep for summer. Here it is as it stands for the moment.
Still debating whether to run this for 12 or 16 weeks.
T400 - 1.5cc every 4-5 days
Dbol 40mg/day -- only for first 6 weeks
Clomid every day
PCT
HCG - Clomid/Novadex
Any tips pointers, or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Im starting Feb 1st, and will post updates on a weekly basis as i move along.
