    Alright Guys, Lets Get Some Knowledge In Me

    Well after considerable thinking I have decided at the ripe old age of 23 I will NOT be doing AAS.
    I was considering my first cycle to start at the end of this month to be Test-Cyp ran with HCG and Nova on hand while doing clomid and nova as my pct. I did my research and advised myself against it, but im not here for congrats.

    I need some advice, I do want to some fat loss and am looking for immediate results as most of us are. I have come to the conclusion that Clen is what I'm steering towards along with diet and exercise of course.

    My only question is I haven't found a set dosage on the forum I should follow along with the days and time of said dosage.

    My stats (since I know you guys want them):
    Age:23
    Height: 5' 9 or 10"
    Weight: 195-200lbs

    I used to take something along the lines of this when I wrestled but I did it sparingly and it wasn't this exact drug so I would love some help. Thanks.

    Actually its all the recent "limp dick" stories from younger users being posted... terrifies me haha as I love sex. I'm not as bad as I make myself seem in terms of physical appearance (although genetics deemed me unfit to have hair on my head [thanks]). I'd rather jump on Clen for fat loss while working on slight muscle and strength gains. My main goal is fat loss.... I'm just curious what the perfect diet for being on clen would be.

    best bet then would be to start a new thread in the "Diet Question" forum and the guys there will get you set up

    Day1 20
    Day2 40
    Day3 60
    Day4 80
    Day5 100
    Day6 100
    Day7 100
    Day8 100
    Day9 100
    Day10 100
    Day11 100
    Day12 100
    Day13 100
    Day14 100

    14 days off, then repeat cycle. For subsequent cycles feel free to start at 20, jump to 60, or start at 40 and go to 60 etc. Gauge how your body responds and up the dose to 100 without getting too many sides

    Edit: Being on clen doesn't change basic dieting etiquette, wether you are carb cycling / low carb etc. Just hit your macros, get your micros and phytochemicals and you're G2G. You'll love clen, its like 30mins of cardio in the morning.. every morning, whilst you sleep

    Haven't seen anywhere someone posting the hour of the day at which to take, im aware it comes in 20mg tabs but im curious how people take it throughout the day since its suggested to be taken before 4pm

    DO you even have a diet set up Menac? IF so can you post it. Before you start anything i recommend you have a disiplined diet that you can follow without even being on anything.

    I posted in the diet section to get a stable diet but have been reading up on Gbrices thread. I will prob. go based on his diet which is as follows:

    5am: MEAL 1 - PRE WORKOUT
    1 extra large egg, 4 extra large whites - 27/0/5/160
    1/2 cup oats - 5/26/2.5/140
    1/4 cup blueberries - 0/5/0/20

    TOTAL: 32/31/7.5/320

    WORKOUT followed by 1 hour of cardio

    8am: MEAL 2 - POST WORKOUT
    1 Scoop Myofusion - 25/5/3/160
    1 Premier Protein Shake - 30/5/3/160
    1 cup oats - 10/52/5/280

    TOTAL: 65/60/10/600

    10am: MEAL 3
    6oz broiled tilapia - 35/0/3/165
    3/4 cup brown rice - 3/22/1/110
    3/4 cup black and red beans - 5/18/1/105

    1pm: MEAL 4

    yeah i doubt you will actually follow a diet like that, adjust it and hit those macros as best you can and you'll do well.

    Also, theres no need to get clen from tablets anymore

    youll find that the only way youll know your sweet spot dose is after you take it. i only needed 20 mcg for the first 10 days and i dropped 8 lbs the first 3 days. it was pretty brutal, the cramping and the shakes were my most pronounced sides, also got headaches. but i was absolutely shredded! i was a bit heavier than you at the time i took it too. not advising against it at all, just ease yourself in to the dose

    i think following the doses provided in the link earlier in the post will best me. I'm happy i fell into this since it doesnt take muscle mass but fat and i guess ill be ordering from Ar-r

    use it in the morning, what i like to do is set my alarm 20mins before i have to get up.

    i take my clen and go back to sleep to doze, the clen will kick in and you'll be up and rearing to go without that horrible morning feeling .

    if you want some scientific backround on clen, its whats known as a 'repartitioning agent' and basically mimics adrenalin by hitting 1 out of 4 beta-2 receptors. thats why you get the shakes/headaches at higher dosages.

    yeah i am sensitive to it apparently. the cramps were so bad i would need my girl to massage my hamstrings with icy hot before i went to the gym. it was retarded. hydration was not an issue either. everyone has their own tolerance i guess

    Just got the clen last night and started using it today.... Started at like 40mcg by mistake (5:45am, my hand slipped with the plunger) so the shakes and headache was a quick onset...my hand wont stop moving but im wide awake at work!
