I've read in the book "Anabolic Diet" that it's possible to go on a bulking cycle using a low carb diet. Has anyone here ever tried this? I'm quite sensitive to gaining fat when I eat a lot of carbs (even the good ones) so I'm quite interested in this. I know it's almost impossible to gain pure lean mass w/o a little bit of fat, just wanna keep it low. If this is not a good a idea could you please give me some suggestions?? Thanx fellas
