When and how to PCT after Susta + Deca?

Hi i need some help setting up my pct after a susta deca cycle..
'
gonna run it for 12 weeks

susta 750mg a week 12 weeks
deca 300mg a week 10 weeks

its my first cycle thought.

HCG is kinda impossible for me to get.. but nolvadex and clomid is easy... but ive heared clomid is old school and ppls just use nolvadex as pct ??

anyways can you help me set up a pct of dosages and period and when i should start it after last injection.. im thinking of 3 weeks aftermy susta injection??

Starting my first cycle with steroids. Im going to use Testo E and Deca.
What i wonder is how i should train to gain as much muscle volum i can. How many sets each muscle?

Can i get help to set up a training program??

I want to train all my muscles atleast 2 times a week..

18 and Deca in the first cycle....But at least there is over a hundred mg of test day to carry it...what could go wrong?
