I think I have hit a bit of a wall with my Clen/T3 diet and hoping for some feedback.

For a little history, I started working out and dieting again just over a year ago. I am 6'4" and was about 305 and lethargic as hell. Fast forward 5 months and I was down to 265 at about 30% body fat, losing about 1.7 lb a week. About that time I was finally diagnosed with low test at 219 (I'm in my mid 40's, FYI). So my doc put me on 200ml a week. I also have some AI and keep my Estradiol in normal range.

Workouts are 3-4 days a week, with aerobics 4-5 days a week for 40 minutes. Lifting decent weights again (380 bench, 240 behind the neck press).

Diet is really on point. Averaging 300 grams of protein, 180 grams of carbs and 40 grams of fat a day. Trying to keep calories at just under 2400 a day.

Though from the day I started the TRT protocol, I was unable to lose any further weight. I spent about 3 months beating the wall so to speak, lowering calories even further and trying every diet pill you can imagine. I kind of just accepted it for a while there thinking that the extra test was building muscle faster that I could lose the fat and indeed I was feeling much better. Though after 5 months I finally had enough and went on to more drastic cutting measures. Clen and T3.

For my first run at it I did clen at 120mg, t3 120mg, Ketotifen 2ml with some Yohimbine HCL 3mg and Taurine 3g, for 3 weeks. Results were amazing. I lost 19 pounds in 21 days. It literally just melted off me. Also, I did not ramp down the T3. Afterwords, I bounced back 12 pounds over 5 days and then lost 4 of that over the next 3 days. So a net loss of 11 pounds in 3 weeks. I ran the Ketotifen for one week after the cycle.

For my second run I did the same for two weeks and lost 10 pounds and bounced back 5. So I started thinking that I did not like these bounce backs and they probably had more than a bit to do with how fast the weight was coming off. With that in mind I changed to 2 weeks of t3 by itself followed by 2 weeks of clen by itself, with the idea of repeating that until I lowered the body fat into the teens.

Though this time around my results were way different. No fat or weight loss with just the T3. Possibly a 1/2 pound. I am now 8 days into my 2 weeks of clen and I have gained a pound.

So based on all of this I am wondering a few things. I know that Clen and T3 are synergistic but can that completely explain the amazing results I was seeing to now nothing? Part of me thinks that coming of the t3 might have slowed my metabolism a bit and the clen is just barely combating that. Though that does not seem to explain all of it either. My current thoughts are to take 2 weeks off at the end of this clen round and then run 6 weeks with clen and t3, while ramping down the t3 over the last 2 weeks of it, hoping to lower the chance of a rebound.

Though before I try that I was hoping to get some feedback. Would hate to waste another 6 weeks. Appreciate the feedback.
