get some listerine and get a plastic tip syringe and carefully aim the tip into the hole of the tooth. The pain your experience is food rotting away and hitting the nerve of the tooth.

am very very busy over the next few days with moveing but ill see what i can pull up,just done the listerine thing ,5ml syringe filled with a 21g 1.5 pin ,blasted the whole 5ml at the fuker and seems to have worded ,happy days ,for now ,lol ,cheers for that..
