I am 50yrs old and have been working hard for over a year. I work out 5 times a week 1-2 hrs a day. I think I am getting my food intake sorta in order? I posted a question about first cycle and was told to post my diet here so they could take a look at.
first thing in the morning I have protien shake with honey and take vitamins.
breakfast is four eggs two english muffins with honey and a small bowl of oatmeal.
two hrs later I have a can of tuna with mayo and fruit.
next I have cottage cheese with pumkin seeds and raisens.
next I have chicken and rice with a protien shake.
then I have a protein shake and a banana or bagel before workout
after workout I have a protein shake and a plain bagel with honey.
then dinner (which is chicken or red meat with pasta or rice and sweet potatoes)
them I will have a protein shake before bed.
I also will have three to four hard boiled eggs a day and some nuts etc...
Sometimes I mix this up a little?
Sundays though...I cheat?
