First Test E Cycle - Please Critique

Hey guys, thanks for taking the time to check out my proposed first cycle. My stats are as follows...
Age - 27
Weight - 215
Height 6'3"
Training - 3 years
BF - prob 13-15%
Cycles - 3 cycles of Mdrol, with the last being about 8 months ago.

My planned cycle....

Test E - ten weeks @ 500mg/week, split 250mg mon and thurs
PCT - begin 14 days after final injection
Clomid - 100/50/50/50
Nolva - 40/30/20/20/10

For the AI, I really wanted opinions. I was planning on Arimidex or exemistane, but I've also seen some people running nolva on cycle. I had a slight flare up from take Mdrol at 30 mg/day and I def wanna run an AI. I know what I'm running is typical for a first cycle and for some of you guys is small game, but I plan on running an AI for every cycle I do. Suggestions for AI?

Hmmm a conundrum to nolva or not to nolva that is the question. I would go with stane. consensus is it's better and perhaps more of an effective ai you can go with 12.5 mgs eod for starters and have the nolva ready if gyno symptoms rear their ugly head. Orrrrr
If your more comfortable you can run nolva at 10 mgs Ed throughout.
I can't tell you what to do I can only offer suggestions

Thanks for the quick replies. Strong possibility that nolva at 10 mg/daily will hinder gains? I def wanna prevent against those dreaded sore/leaky nips, but I obviously wanna make the most out of the cycle as well.

Leaky nipples would ne the result of prolactin levels being elevated from a 19 nor like tren or deca not test. Run the stone as mentioned and keep nolva on hand have a low bf and you'll probably be fine.

Yeah I figured the leaky nips were related to prolactin and wouldnt be a factor in this case, which is a major reason I'm looking forward to test e being my first cycle. When I ran the Mdrol the leaky, puffy nips were a factor at 30mg, and the gains weren't retained nearly enough. I kept a decent amount of strength, but the size went way after a few months. I sincerely hope this isn't the case with test.

I should run the exemistane right up to the day I start pct right? Since the test will be in my system for approx 14 days after final injection, it would make sense to keep the stane going until I start with the clomid and nolva.....

With test-e shouldn't he go a little longer like 12 weeks since it is a longer acting ester and takes longer to get going in the system? I could be all washed up on this but that is what I was always told and how I run my cycles of it. But I guess whatever works for you. Hey pros how about it? I dont want to steer him wrong but I also would like to hear your thoughts on a longer cycle for test.

I've used enanthate plenty times at 500mg per week.

Things that are certain:
Use arimidex. More expensive, but well worth it. .25mgs/day. If any itchy nipples, bump to .5mgs/day I ALWAYS use Arimidex (Anastrozole) with Test E.
Use a little HCG every week.
Definately DONT go only 10 weeks. MAKE IT 12 weeks! Why? It doesnt really kick in its full anabolic potential till around week 6-8.

My tried and true Test E Cycle. (x2) stands for twice that week (so once one monday and once on thursday for example)

You can also start the cycle off with Dbol at 30mg ED for first 3 weeks to frontload, but you need to start 125iu of HCG the first week and bump to 250iu HCG on week 8 to accommodate this change.

Anyway, the reason I was thinking ten weeks to start with the possibility of going 12 was because this is my first injectable cycle. I've read that first time users should aim for ten, with some people suggesting the two additional weeks assuming no unwanted sides occur. In addition to this, two bottles of test e at 10 ml, 250mg/ml will get me ten weeks. If I order an extra bottle then I have left over. Suggestions? What do some of you guys do.

Also, it being my first cycle, I'm not kick starting it with a higher dose or adding additional steroids. Perhaps after I get a few under my belt. Thanks guys.

Why don´t you just stretch it to 12.....ie. Do 250 every 4 days....Equals approx. 420mgs/Week..?

You're just tripping dude. My VERY FIRST cycle EVER was 12 weeks Test E.

You'll be fine.

Dont build up your test slwly to just cut it off at 10 weeks. You won't be happy. 1000% recommend 12 weeks and no shorter. Just buy three bottles and save leftovers (usually lasts for 5 years after production date) or do as the previous guy said and stretch the 20ml out over the 10 weeks or whatever.

Point being, do 12 weeks! Hands down, no hesistation.
