    BF estimate and Help

    Alright, I'm 9 weeks in on 250mg of test e every 5 days and i took 50 mg of winstrol the first 5 weeks every day. I gained 9 lbs and my waist has shrunk about 3 inches. My workout has consisted of the p90x program with heavy weight. The reason why i chose this was because i did it before and saw it as a good cutting tool. First can i get a body fat estimate. Second should i cycle off next week or stay on another 8 weeks. Third should i just drop the p90x and just concentrate on cardio 45 mins a day for the next 8 weeks. my diet is ok .
    Meal 1 protein shake 270 calories
    meal 2 protein bar 180 calories
    meal 3 10 skinless wings 450 calories
    meal 4 protein bar 180 calories
    meal 5 chicken breast 320 calories
    water to drink but ill also drink coffee with splenda and cream.

    stats 6-0
    209lbs
    training 2 years off and on.

    advice appreciated

    you should never have cycled in the first place.. your diet is a complete nightmare.

    your BF is 28-29%

    get off the juice and start PCT.. run cardio until you get that BF below 20%.. by the time that is done you should be ready for your next cycle and we can help you from there.

    Stop your cycle, hit the cardio hard, am and pm if you have time and those protein bars for the most part are full of sugar.......

    not to bash you buddy but your way out of shape and your body fat is around 30% i would say,as above diet is poor ..

    1-forgot your age? (very importante on stats)
    2- Didn't mention PCT? why?
    3-Diet? can't call that a diet, haven't see one like that in A LONG TIME. (sorry) I need to go on diet section, talk to gbrice75 about.
    4-body fat estimate? I guess its over 20%
    5-Advise? yes, need to learn more about diet and work out, 2 years of training its not enough.

    age is 27 and ill pct with nolva. im gonna send another pic. im built and muscular just dont see 30% bf. but if you think so then i probably am

    ^^ yup I"m close to 20%. Once you get under 20 the first thing you'll notice is curvature of your arms even when relaxed along with seperation in the chest and shoulders, which you have none. You shouldn't be cycling with that diet either bro, Check out our diet forum. You're relying to much on whey and bars, and I wouldn't recommend a no carb diet, for you. At the least you need to be cycling carbs. Good news is you're in a great place to learn.

    look you can cut this with out the gear .that poses more of a threat at your bf.you need cardio on a empty stomach 1st thing in the morning . try this 4 oz natural unsweetened grapefruit juice/1 chewable baby asprin/4 oz of very thick black coffee then do cardio in morning 30 min on bike or whatever.

    awsome will do.... So should i do 30 mins of cardio in the morning and 30 mins at night 6 days a week until i get where i need to be. and of course im going to get my diet in check

    thats fine more cardio the marrier in your situation. you will drop that in 2 months. i went from 20s to 14 in a couple of months easily. no more juice 4 now. pct in 2 weeks after last pin.

    I think you need to weightlift, too. Stronger, large muscles burn more calories even when resting, plus growing muscles burn more calories, too, even when watching TV.

    Cut out the protein bars (bad as a Snickers). Head straight to the diet forum. They helped me out a lot there, and they will you, too.

    Do AM cardio as soon as you wake up and do not eat anything or drink anything. Your body will have use fat as energy as you will not have sugars in the blood to use as energy. If you do PM cardio, make sure you do so 3 hours after your last meal or drink for same reasons as stated above. Also, if you have enough time to devote an hour of cardio a day, you would be better served to just do 45 min of AM cardio rather than 30 and 30. You will find anything 40 minutes + to be when you really start into the fat burning phase. Make sure you keep cardio at a slow burn or look into HIIT training as it is very helpful for many people.

    You are not far off, but IMO should not be on gear now. As many have stated, you really need to get diet in check and work hard in the gym and get the cardio going. You could drop 10 lbs in 6 weeks easy if you do those things. 2-3 months of proper diet, cardio and weight training would possibly get you ready.

    thanks for the suggestions. i will start to dial everything in asap and get ready for the 2nd cycle

    dont stress on were you are and by the way your not that far away from a cycle youll get there trust us we want to help . at least i will . pm when you get 50 post ill set you up with a plan . but there is way more qualified than me on here .
