Alright, I'm 9 weeks in on 250mg of test e every 5 days and i took 50 mg of winstrol the first 5 weeks every day. I gained 9 lbs and my waist has shrunk about 3 inches. My workout has consisted of the p90x program with heavy weight. The reason why i chose this was because i did it before and saw it as a good cutting tool. First can i get a body fat estimate. Second should i cycle off next week or stay on another 8 weeks. Third should i just drop the p90x and just concentrate on cardio 45 mins a day for the next 8 weeks. my diet is ok .

meal 3 10 skinless wings 450 calories

meal 5 chicken breast 320 calories
water to drink but ill also drink coffee with splenda and cream.
