    Hgh products

    Ok so im reading on here and im more confused then when i started, im using lixus 100iu, does anyone know if this is a good product? Or there is some mentions of G tropin...... Im confused. Any help with products, info on products or any comments would be great! Give me something to read.
    Im 29,5"10,16 stone and not sure of bf%. Im on my eatin plan of chicken chicken and some more lol!!! Any and i mean any comments will help cheers

    HGH is HGH just the manufacture is differentness, like jintropin, gynetropin, lixus, blue, yellow, green, red tops, there is so many out there. Some of then are around 80 to 90% or 98% purity. Forgot to mention pharma grade, much better qualithy.

    Growth hormone (GH) is a peptide hormone. It stimulates growth and cell reproduction in humans and other animals. It is a 191-amino acid, single-chain polypeptide hormone that is synthesized, stored, and secreted by the somatotroph cells within the lateral wings of the anterior pituitary gland.

    Somatotrophin refers to the growth hormone produced natively in animals, whereas the term somatropin refers to growth hormone produced by recombinant DNA technology, and is abbreviated "rhGH" in humans.

    Growth hormone is used clinically to treat children's growth disorders and adult growth hormone deficiency. In recent years, replacement therapies with human growth hormones (HGH) have become popular in the battle against aging. Reported effects include decreased body fat, increased muscle mass, increased bone density, increased energy levels, improved skin tone and texture, and improved immune system function. At this time HGH is still considered a very complex hormone and many of its functions are still unknown.


    Secretion patterns

    HGH is synthesized and secreted from the anterior pituitary gland in a pulsatile manner throughout the day; surges of secretion occur at 3- to 5-hour intervals. The plasma concentration of GH during these peaks may range from 5 to even 45 ng/mL. The largest and most predictable of these GH peaks occurs about an hour after onset of sleep. Otherwise there is wide variation between days and individuals. Nearly fifty percent of HGH secretion occurs during the third and fourth REM sleep stages. Between the peaks, basal GH levels are low, usually less than 5 ng/mL for most of the day and night. Additional analysis of the pulsatile profile of GH described in all cases less than 1 ng/ml for basal levels while maximum peaks were situated around 10-20 ng/mL.

    A number of factors are known to affect HGH secretion, such as age, gender, diet, exercise, stress, and other hormones. Young adolescents secrete HGH at the rate of about 700 μg/day, while healthy adults secrete HGH at the rate of about 400 μg/day.



    Functions of GH

    Effects of growth hormone on the tissues of the body can generally be described as anabolic (building up). Like most other protein hormones, GH acts by interacting with a specific receptor on the surface of cells.

    Increased height during childhood is the most widely known effect of GH. Height appears to be stimulated by at least two mechanisms:

    Because polypeptide hormones are not fat-soluble, they cannot penetrate sarcolemma. Thus, GH exerts some of its effects by binding to receptors on target cells, where it activates a second messenger. Through this mechanism GH directly stimulates division and multiplication of chondrocytes of cartilage.
    GH also stimulates production of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1, formerly known as somatomedin C), a hormone homologous to proinsulin. The liver is a major target organ of GH for this process and is the principal site of IGF-1 production. IGF-1 has growth-stimulating effects on a wide variety of tissues. Additional IGF-1 is generated within target tissues, making it what appears to be both an endocrine and an autocrine/paracrine hormone. IGF-1 also has stimulatory effects on osteoblast and chondrocyte activity to promote bone growth.
    In addition to increasing height in children and adolescents, growth hormone has many other effects on the body:

    Increases calcium retention, and strengthens and increases the mineralization of bone
    Increases muscle mass through sarcomere hyperplasia
    Promotes lipolysis
    Increases protein synthesis
    Stimulates the growth of all internal organs excluding the brain
    Plays a role in fuel homeostasis
    Reduces liver uptake of glucose
    Promotes gluconeogenesis in the liver
    Contributes to the maintenance and function of pancreatic islets
    Stimulates the immune system



    These are the typical hGH doses that people use:
    Anti-Aging: 2iu-4iu daily
    Fat loss: 4iu-8iu daily
    Muscle building: 8iu-24iu daily

    * Most people follow one of the following protocols:
    - Every day injections
    - Every day injections, with 2 days off every 6th day (a.k.a. 5 days on, 2 days off)
    - Alternate day injections - In this manner the dose taken every other day is double that of the "Every day injection" protocol.

    Very good educational post but I respectfully don't agree at all with the dosing protocol at the end. 8iu for fat loss? I would say those dosages should be decreased by a good 30%. Those doses might be accurate for Chinese garbage but certainly not for legit pharm-grade GH.

    Yes, if you get pharm-grade its much better, don't need high doses.

    Thank you for the post it makes the whole thing less complicated!!!! Im using lixus and injecting 4 iu every second nite. I weighed myself at the start of the month at 16 stone 6 lbs so il see what i am come the 1st march! Im sticking to high protein and hgh and winstrol. The only problem im getting is a brusin at the injection sites my mate is using it too but he is fine and all i can come up with is maybe being too ruff or forcin the needle in too far!!! Il cha ge what im doing tonight to see if there is any differance so thanks again guys

    Why are you injecting at Night?
    It's recommended in morning hours.

    night injections are for anti-aging and if you inject at night you are potentially interfering with your nighttime gh pulse which is the BIGGEST at night and over a period of time this could create a negative feedback loop and start to lower your own natural growth hormone production since you are now relying on the synthetic gh.

    AM also helps to blunt cortisol which is highest in the AM ....

    most guys like to wake up in the wee hours of the AM to pin and then go back to sleep for a couple more hours

    this also helps to prevent eating close to injection time since you are out of the window of having to wait to eat an hour after pinning

    Ok so i should inject first thing or after my first meal???? Like a said im new to all this my mate told me what to do and he said at nite??? I will start from tomorrow using 4iu in the morning time cheers!!! And whats this about an hours time to eat??? Can i smack a protein shake tho or do i have to wait a full hour??? Keep this going this is great info!!!!

    Can you get up in the wee hours and inject? this will avoid waiting to eat either an hour before/after pinning.....especially carbs....HGH does not like carbs and over an extended period of time if hgh is taken close to eating carbs it can mess with your insulin resistance.....

    So...first choice is to: pin wee hours
    2nd : after you wake up and wait an hour to eat but if protein then "probably" not as long to wait.....

    I really only eat protein, stopped carb intake lol usually do shake with water then onto packets of meat lol and usually do fruit mid morning and lunch. Crazy like as every meal used to be accompinaied with bread ha ha how things change. Its good cause i lose my gut eatting this way and keep size just need to bust the fat!!! I can get up al prep it before i sleep lol but either that or a half hour before i hit a shake. Thanks a lot for ur help. It means a lot cheers pal.

    Hey.....have you thought about starting a thread in the Diet Questions Forum? They are great there with big hearts.....It all comes down to food and I too am trying to get this into my head!!!!

    It is a science.....and from what I have read around here, 90% is food.....they will help you. I promise.

    Ha im going to be thread happy lol!!!! I was almost 18 stone got down to just over 15 in 8 weeks then self distructed over christmas!!!! Back on it and yeah it is all diet its crazy and yes when i get hardcore in it i lose loads of weight!!! And the day off tastes sooo much better lol pizza and donuts!!! Well kickstarts the diet again!!! I will check it out the now!!! I had a word wi a few folk about my injection brusing and they think im going in to far forcing the needle in and it is a insulan needle my "friends" had a look at me lol. Its just starting out its different but my pals have been at it for years lol. I will start afresh tomorrow. Is 4iu enough every 2nd day???
