Thought I would start a log to record my first experience with Clen use. I did an enormus amount of research and then took my first does last week. I thought maybe someone might be interested. At the least I could look back at this log myself the next time I do clen if in fact I do again...
Day one 20mcg - felt nothing, no effects at all
Day two 40mcg - same as day one except my sleep was affected slightly
Day three 60mcg - not sleeping well again but usually don't so not a big deal, felt warmer than usual, maybe in my head.
Day four (today) 80mcg - definitely feel jittery and hands shook lightly when reading a magazine. Kind of like the feeling sort of reved up. Seemed to sweat more during my lifting and cardio. Felt warmer all day...kind of nice on a cold Wisconsin winter day 11F outside this morning.
Going for 100mcg tomorrow but I am thinking I will be reaching my limit soon. Will keep you posted.
