i am not on any supplements for the last 13 weeks i ran a power lifting program and gained 35 pounds on my bench almost 100 on dead lift and 75 on squat. and i did not gain a single pound. i want to continue this power lifting type routine but i need and want to loose about 25 pounds im 230 wanna be 205. what kind of diet should i be doing an what are good supplements(fish oil, flax seed oil, glutimine) things like that please i need help
