HGH in your late 20's..worth doing?

Just curious as to what your guys opinions are on taking HGH while in late twenties.. from what i read it seems to benefit older lifters more than younger ones since your levels drop off considerably more in the later years. I know a lot of NFL guys take it, but is that not just cause they can't take the juice? My question is this, would it be worth doing if money was not an obstacle for me? Would i notice the difference in fat burning/muscle development?? From everything i can tell the only sides are CTS and thicker bones. Considering i would be running two cycles a year as well with time off = time on + pct.. and then just running HGH the whole time. Curious as to what your opinions are on this.

Personally.... I think if you can afford a good brand and a decent ammount of it..... it would definately be worth it. It should help in PCT and if your running 5+iu's ed then you should have some muscle building effects after time.

I'm a year younger than you and I use it..... how real it was - is another matter......

IMO? I would wait a couple more years unless you are competing which then you might have to in order to keep up sadly enough....

I would not want my own pulse to get used to the synthetic AT ALL especially while already producing a lot anyway....

Thats kind of what i was wondering.. I don't compete nor do i ever plan to, i just want every edge in the game, but just because i want to look huge not because i want to compete.

"Older lifters" - hey, that's me. I have been thinking about asking my doc about it later, but assumed it was too expensive.

I would have your HGH & IGF-1 levels checked to see where you're first.

A person between the ages of 25 to 39 years old should have an IGF-1 level between 114 to 492 ng/ml and the HGH level around 250mcgs.

If the readings are high you may just want to add several grams of L-Arginine and L-Glutamine to your daily supplement program to increase your nature levels of HGH production.

Not trying to be argumentative but would you mind backing that up? Everything I have seen shows that IGF-1 levels aren't in the 400's beyond 20 yrs old and the top of the reference range is about 300 in the 30's.

No problem... here's an article about the relationship between IGF-1 & HGH with an age/hormonal level chart at the bottom of the page. http://www.r3-life.com/difference-between-igf1-hgh/

no.. it is more along the lines that the sides are minimal and i have a good source where i can get pharm grade for real cheap.. so more "if you have the money should you do it" rather than would i need it.. that's all.

There is definitely some conflicting info out there. This is from Genova Diagnostics:

    AGE Reference Range

    21-30 128 - 315 ng/mL
    31-40 114 - 289 ng/mL
    41-50 86 - 249 ng/mL
    51-60 87 - 215 ng/mL
    61-70 75 - 230 ng/mL
    over 70 53 - 205 ng/mL

Here is Labcorp's reference ranges: https://www.labcorp.com/wps/portal/!...?testId=408396

Here is reference ranges from an unknown lab I found on this site which is the same thing I received when I got mine tested:

None of these are anywhere near 492.

Just from personal experience not scientific study, I feel great while on HGH. I'm older at 51. My natural levels are pretty low so the HGH makes me feel a lot better. HGH is great stuff. I've never taken it when I was younger. I wonder if the benefits to a late 20's guy is as dramatic as someone my age. The other thing about HGH I love is that it keeps me pretty lean. I took a body fat measurement 3 weeks ago when I started my low dose Deca/Test cycle. 190lbs with 10% body fat. Three weeks later I'm 200 lbs at 11% body fat. My diet's not perfect. I love sweet rolls for breakfast. I want to look good but I also want a quality of life. HGH let's me eat without getting fat rolls along with my sweet rolls.
