40 year old male, 5'7 185, bf close to 20% need to stop screwing around, period!
I will be doing am fasted cardio for 30 min and pwo HIIT cardio for another 30 min atleast 5 days per week. Here's the diet. I will also be taking a multi, fish oil, gluscosamine and vitamin c. I also add glutamine to my shakes :
meal 1 - whey/oats - will have 6 whites/2 yolks/oats when time permits

meal 2 - 6 oz of turkey/6 oz of short grain brown rice

meal 3 - same as above

training followed by pwo shake

dinner - 8 oz of chicken/steak/fish with 16oz of broccoli

I will also add some natty pb through the day and a few extra fish oils to get that fat up a bit...
