    small changes to my diet....

    40 year old male, 5'7 185, bf close to 20% need to stop screwing around, period!
    I will be doing am fasted cardio for 30 min and pwo HIIT cardio for another 30 min atleast 5 days per week. Here's the diet. I will also be taking a multi, fish oil, gluscosamine and vitamin c. I also add glutamine to my shakes :

    meal 1 - whey/oats - will have 6 whites/2 yolks/oats when time permits
    188/27/18/2

    meal 2 - 6 oz of turkey/6 oz of short grain brown rice
    540/42/80/3

    meal 3 - same as above
    540/42/80/3

    training followed by pwo shake
    110/24/2/1

    dinner - 8 oz of chicken/steak/fish with 16oz of broccoli
    @427/71/6/8

    before bed - 6 oz of ground sirloin
    364/45/0/19

    totals:
    2168/254/189/37

    I will also add some natty pb through the day and a few extra fish oils to get that fat up a bit...

    What about some cottage cheese with that last meal?

    I wore it out in the past, lol...giving it a rest for a while.

    Besides, Gbrice and Damien thinks its a better choice..

    They know better than me for sure, I just thought a good fat with the red meat protein source before bed was a good idea. I'm sure you'll be fine with what you have planned and I'm looking forward to seeing the results.
