Letrozole dosage... please help !! Very confused.

I've been off cycle for 3 weeks now, ran Nolva for last 2 weeks of cycle due to signs of Gyno, this didnt help so when I came off cycle I ran Clomid for 2 weeks...

This still didnt help so I purchased some Letrozole today to hopefully reverse the Gyno the best i can. Im just very unsure about dosages and cant seem to find a straight answer on the threads that suite my situation !

I have 30 tabs of Letro @ 2.5mg, but people say take 0.25mg a day and dont exceed 0.50mg as this can be dangerous, while other people say take 2mg.

If ANYONE with experience can help me it would be GREATLY appreciated... i dont wonna do the wrong doseage and get things wrong as I know its a very powerful drug.

So i guess my question is, what dosage to I need to run a day to effectively reverse the Gyno !


PS the gyno is'nt THAT bad but i have small pea sized lumps behind each nipple, they are puffy and droop a little. Its enough to notice and they are slightly sensitive !

Thanks for the reply, its a great thread ! But he says 0.50mg a day is the max you should do as its dangerous, but then contradicts himself by saying you should do 2.5mg a day !

I found the dosage stated very hard to trust after that ! Haha.

That's when running Letro as an anti-estrogen to PREVENT gyno during your cycle.. If you start to get signs of gyno then you bump it up to the "how to get rid of gyno" level:

2. Already using letro @ a dose of .25mg or .50mg ED.

2.
Day 1: .50mg Letro
Day 2: 1.0mg Letro
Day 3: 1.5mg Letro
Day 4: 2.0mg Letro
Day 5: 2.5mg Letro **

** You will remain at this dose until gyno symptoms subside. Once you believe your gyno is gone it is important to stay at this dose for another 4-7 days to ensure all traces are gone. I recommend people with a bf% over 15 stay on for a week as it may be harder to judge completely whether the lump is completely gone. Once this period is over it will be important to taper letro down slowly rather than coming off it completely. Regardless of which manner you tapered up your dose you will all taper down in the same fashion.
