So it has only been a few days of eating right and doing the gym thing, but my head has been pounding!! I used to eat out all the time and other sh*t I should not have. can making such a drastic change in my diet and daily routine lead to this?

Are you sure you're getting enough cals? I never get headaches at all even from hangovers or illnesses but if my cals drop below 2000 I get splitting headaches.
That happens to me when I stop taking in caffeine. Just a thought.
Yeah I have been cutting the caffeine for sure. I may not be putting in enough cals though. Good point. I get spliting headaches from the booze though. I never get headaches usually though. Appreciate the input fellas
Not sure what kind of shape you are in...check you blood pressure as well.
