    Question

    I've had a stomach virus for about 6 days now & I've lost about 10 pounds. I was wondering is this all water weight & fat or did I lose any lbm

    i got gastreo intitus and lost 9-10 lbs but got it all back after wards.. mainly all water weight.. maybe a pound of fat and muscle too.. but mainly all water
