As above, I plan on starting a test e / anavar cycle on the 21st march and this is the proposed diet (I've had massed of help with this)

Week 1-12 test e 500mg
Week 1-8 anavar 70mg
Week 1-12 hcg
Week 1-12 stane 12.5mg every other (enough or not?, also... Anybody know how this tastes?)

I'm 25, 5ft 8, 75.9kg, hoping to be 73.1kg at start of cycle, bf is approx15% or lower.

DIET: (all measurements are uncooked)

Meal 1:

80g oats, 1 scoop protein, 2 eggs

Meal 2:

140g sweet potato, 6oz chicken, 50g brocolli

Meal 3:

50g brown rice, 6oz chicken, 50g brocolli

2 eggs, 8 egg whites, 40g oats, spinach (raw or frozen)

Gym

Meal 7: (straight after work out)

40g oats, protein shake

Meal 8: (when get home, approx 30 mins after meal 7)
