Where to go in Florida?

Ok guys so this summer around the first week of june, me, my girlfriend, her bestfriend, his boyfriend, and then a few of my best guy friends that are good friends with her too are all planning on going to florida.

We are looking for a pretty cheap condo or house to rent, it will be about 8 people but I think we should only need about 4 rooms or something with bunk beds or whatever. I honestly don't care that much about what city really either just looking for some help.

What are you looking to do? Nightlife? Lounge on the beach? Amusement parks? Wildlife?


Most areas in Florida have a little of all of the above but some are better in certain areas than others.

Actually I should probably really rephrase that...basically I am looking for suggestions on the actual places to stay like ideas for condos or stuff from any of you all like places you have stayed and stuff before.

But we will wanna go out on the beach plenty im sure, but if we are right on it thats no big deal if it saves alot of money. Also we will want to go out to the club a couple nights im sure, I know panama has La Veila of course haha. But really I am just looking for more places to stay I really dont care where that much lol

Stay in Miami. I've always just gotten a hotel room and drove the few miles to south beach. It's not like your gonna be in the room much anyway so why spend all that money.

Key West is great for everyone, I am from florida and would have to say for a great time with beautiful beaches, great nightlife, cheap hotel rates in nice hotels, and many other things to do. Go to Panama City Beach. Stay at the edgewater resort, holiday inn Sunspry, Boardwalk Resort (Howard Johnson) but very nice.

Alright man, we were kinda looking for something with a kitchen so we wont spend so much on food and alot of bedrooms because there will be quite a few of us so I dont know if the hotel would be the best or not. If it was just us guys haha we just need a floor and a pillow

Got to agree with this, I live in St Pete the beaches here are pretty nice but then you can ride about 20 min over tampa and check out all the clubs...ybor city has a million of them for all different people white, black, gay whatever...also pretty decent strip clubs

Far as hotels go I dont really know...you can stay at a nice hotel for $90 or so a night or stay at a crack motel for $35

destin is not a bad location either. real pretty beaches and there is some nightlife around as well.

tampa has ybor city(clubs/partying) bush gardens and beach(clearwater) all within 30 minutes of each other...oh and hard rock casino

Agreed with jpman, I'm local here in Tampa, like he say is really good around here, I love clearwater beach, go there every weekend, there is a lot to do there, ybor a night is crazy, you got see it.
