would it be better to start while taking clomid and nolva(post cycle) or wait until post cycle anti e's are finished?
also what the average way u people do this stuff?? 1tab/day or cycle it up and down over the 2week span?

i would take it post cycle if you where on a bulking cycle - so you still eat large - and not get fat. tapper your eating off as you return to more of a maintence on carbs/cals. great hardered too.
