Im 22 have been training properly including diet for 2 years, i always trained before then but was never good with diet or a good routine. I weigh 189lbs im looking to do my first course but i do not no wat to do.
i want to jab ive never done any testosterone boosters or anything only every shakes n ate well. i also dont no wat pct i would need and when would i need to start usin it durin or just after.
Any suggestions would be great as i have no idea ???? Thanks
