The cons are for 1 milk is just delicious and amazing! 2 You will be less full from meals (this can be a pro for some) 3 Cutting out a possibly significant source of protein (for me it is) The pros are 1 it will better suit your macro nutrient ratios for cutting, 2 you're cutting out a Mid level GI food, 3 dairy will bloat you, and if you want a more dry, muscular look, you're going to have to cut it out. Okay, just for the record this is all mostly IMO, but I find it all to be true. This is coming from a true milk lover, and when I'm cutting (which I am now) I drink only 1-8oz glass post workout, for a couple reasons that aren't important. I can understand why some people cut it out completely all the time, but I can also understand why people won't cut it out at all. I think the role of milk in a cutting diet can be a somewhat debated topic, however, bottom line is that if you've seen how your body reacts to X amount of milk and have a good understanding of that, all the facts in the world won't change that.
