Iv'e held of using nsaid's like naproxen since i damaged my wrist 4 weeks ago as i read that they can make recovery take longer. My physio has has done 4 sessions on electromagnetic pulse treatment on it and want's to continue doing this. There has been no change in my wrist in the 4 weeks. Should i just start using the naproxen...seem's like im never going to get back in the gym the way things are going.
