Im New to this site..(currently signed up today) and I dont know nothing about steroids. I'm currently on my off season (mma/wrestling) and my coach said to bulk up to 180 because my frame would suit the "middle weight class". so i have a little time to bulk up.
what i currently use is:
100% whey protein
Opti men multi vitamins
Omega 3 fish oil (capsules)
100 % Casein Protein (Before Bed)
and a creatine mixture
I wanted to incorporate steroids into the mix but i have a fear of losing more muscle and doing it the wrong way.
im also 20 yrs of age 6'1 and have a good diet just bad genetics
can anyone help?
