i'm 26 yrs old, took GH before, but this time its pharma grade, i was thinking at 4iu ed for 6 month, but i see alot of people saying pharma grade GH at 2iu ed is great, so just was thinking should i run it at 4iu for 6 month or 2iu for a year ??

i was 23 yrs old when started, i used 3 brands, norditropin nordiflex , gensci jintropin, and one more chinese brand, and i believe that all was fake or extremly underdosed.

No i'm not competing, my goals is to have better health, to look good and slowoly burn some fat, i took it at 23 becasue of all the hype it produced and i wanted something safer than steroids, i want more now cause i can affoard it and its from a pharmacy so quality is 100%

First of all you already have a lot of natural growth hormone. Are you aware of the potential of a negative feedback loop you could create? Whereby you start to rely on the synthetic gh and then your own gh production slows down or shuts down completely? And you end up in the "Over 40" forum instead?

i agree with you, i see no reason for taking HGH now, some basic workout and cardio would be good for now. thank you
