Questions about cycling sus

I have a 10cc bottle of sustanon 300. How should I cycle it? And what should I use after the cycle is complete so I don't get bad after effects?

You're still to young bro. Putting up another post doesn't change the fact that it not healthy for you to cycle at your age.

Here is how you cycle it. You take that bottle and put in a trunk or box that is in a cool/dry place (for the next two years). Then come back after that and I'll give you the next step.
