I am 22 years old 6'1" 210 pounds I can sit at around 230 comfortably right now I am going to guess my Body fat percentage is around 15-20 % I haven't been taped in a while
I am on a Lo Carb, High Protein, Medium Fat diet
I am taking 50mg test Propionate Every other day right now
I don't want to get huge I just want to make some increases on endurance, strength and my appearance. Thanks guys sorry about my last post I hope this one is better I need some really good advice.
